Online Meditation Sessions Dec 2021


Meditation sessions in a small group (1-5 people) are very useful as they can feel more engaging and we can learn from each others' experiences.  I am trialling out drop-in sessions over Dec 2021.



- 06:30 UK time - 30 mins THURSDAYS -  2, 9, 16, 23 Dec

- 20:00 UK time - 30 mins MONDAYS - 29 Nov, 6, 13, 20 Dec


What is the format?

We are using Zoom.  Apart from me, everyone will be on audio (no image) as this allows for a more relaxing experience. We start with a meditation to tune our senses and cultivate greater presence and awareness.   We end with a few minutes on gratitude and intentions, to ease us into the day or night.


The line will be open for 40 mins including question time and you can leave after 30.



There is a £10 one-off fee to access to all sessions.   I find that making a symbolic payment encourages commitment.


I am not a qualified health practitioner

Whilst I have been facilitating sessions for friends and family as a vocation over the last four years I am not a qualified coach or health practitioner.  If you are experiencing issues with mental health it is preferable to follow sessions from a person adhering to the Good Practice Guidelines.
