Step 9# The Art of Listening
Sometimes “I’m fine” means “I’m not”.
Sometimes “I’m full” means “I want you to enjoy the last piece”.
Sometimes silence means “I’m waiting for your call”.
Let’s see if I can be fully attentive and clear-headed by setting aside any personal agenda, just for a minute. Now let’s see if I can listen to all that is being said within a communication.
