Diary #42 - I'm being £$$%ing mindful!

In my view being a more mindful, or wiser person is not about being calm or relaxed.

Rather, it is about having the awareness to recognise whether the state I am in is appropriate given the situation and the skill to adapt accordingly.


For example, expressing irritation when I’m being mistreated is far more effective than stating ‘I’m annoyed’ with a calm happy demeanour.


Any thoughts?
