I am developing a bespoke 8 week 1 to 1 ‘mind-training’ course.
It is centred around mindfulness and combines sitting meditation with active techniques incorporated in daily activities such as sport, eating and work meetings. The course is tailored to the participant’s meditation / mindfulness experience, lifestyle and goals.
I am looking for two guinea pigs. There is a token £50 fee and I will ask for feedback in the end.
