Diary #45 - Mind Training when Running

Wouldn’t it be great to have a gym workout that is simultaneously contributing to the mind state I want to have?


Do I want to be sharper and more focused for my closing sales pitch in two hours?  Tomorrow, do I want to be steadier and more resilient for the afternoon’s 5-hour document review?

 

I have no doubt that in the near future each workout will be customised to develop mind and body together in a more optimal targeted way.

 

I have a vision of how this evolution is going to be transpiring.
