Diary #51 Small vs Big Goals

I am becoming increasingly curious about using tiny rather than large goals to develop a habit.

Only this week, I have had two people recommending the approach.


For example, rather than saying “I will declutter my home by the end of the month”, I can go for “I will tidy one thing every day”.


There seems to be something subtle and powerful about micro-doses of success-and-consistency.


Any thoughts?
