Imagine looking at yourself from above.

It may sound interesting or silly – doesn’t matter.

Try it.

This very moment.

Can you see yourself looking at these words?


In a subtle way it brings a sense of detachment to what is occurring.  This can be helpful in an emotionally charged situation - fear, apprehension, anger or excitement.


It may be all that is needed to allow for clearer assessment and action.
