Diary #63 A Mind-Training New Year's Wish

Among the various changes that came with 2020 is an exponential increase in the interest and quality of mind-training techniques.

 For example:

  • More targeted (focus, clarity, relaxation…) and sophisticated meditation techniques;
  • Improvement in apps such as Calm, Headspace and Synctuition;
  • Neurofeedback training for peak performance;
  • Growth in platforms such as Mindvalley and Flow Research Collective;
  • Gyms starting to integrate mind and body, such as Hero Training Clubs.
Of particular interest to me are techniques we can integrate in day-to-day life.

I hope that we all get to find new and/or more interesting mind-training techniques this year and benefit from each others’ knowledge.
