Diary #103 Infusing Mindfulness with Running

I love infusing mind-training into everyday activities and I have no doubt that this is where the future is heading.


Last week I was speaking with Conor Stone about a running app called Lupa.  It combines running with breathing techniques and meditations like the body scan.

 

It is great to be able to intentionally work the focus, attention, flow-state, and other mind ‘muscles’ whilst on the go.  Super impressed.
