"We teach what we need to learn"
Two weeks ago I published a podcast episode (Part 1 of 2) of my conversation with my friend Ntathu Allen who is a mother of 3 children and a mindfulness and yoga teacher (www.yogainspires.co.uk). The words in that conversation dissolved my subconscious ‘want’ and made me far more relaxed about the ‘micro-unpleasants’ that show up and steer my decisions in everyday life.
I also committed to trying out doing "Random Acts of Kindness" for 21 days. Whilst I can't pinpoint to what extent they have contributed, I feel more engaged and proactive with my relationships and actions these days.
