One of the best remedies I find for procrastination is 'Accountability'.
Four months ago I started a podcast called Mind Training Adventures, talking about mindfulness and other mind-training techniques in the context of real-life experience. Now it dawned on me that I can use the podcast to help with my own personal growth. This is a subtle but interesting shift where the prime driver is not "What will people think?" but "How can I develop?"

It feels quite liberating to not worry about the number of views – to know that simply publishing it is an achievement and anything else is a bonus.
