The Wim Hof Method, a combination of breathing exercises, meditation and exposure to cold, is a very efficient way to feel more energised and present.
If you are curious check out my experience on this 9min podcast episode. It has been noticeably impacting my perspective on day-to-day life and personal interactions. I see it as a very interesting ‘mind training technique’ and a reminder of the virtues of doing the uncomfortable.
I highly recommend it, particularly during winter.
