Diary #115. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (2 of 2)

“Focus on Solutions rather than Results”

I have been pondering over this quote recently. There is a subtle difference but in practice I am finding it quite profound.  According to Richard Lepper

(www.themiltonpractice.co.uk) who introduced it to me,  focusing on solutions means working with what I can control.  The trick is to be aware, in real-time, a) what I can control and b) how.
