Have you tried meditating with eyes open? If so I’d love to hear your thoughts.
By meditating I mean intentionally bringing one’s attention to elements of current-moment-experience, such as sensations of breathing, or sounds and consequently being more present to whatever is happening.

And an additional tweak is meditating whilst doing any activity, including interacting with family and colleagues. I find it very interesting.
