Diary #130 Let's talk Mind Training

I find the field of mind-training really amazing. 


I have no doubt it will become mainstream in 10 years, if not sooner, becoming integrated in school, sport, personal interactions… In fact I reckon it can be fused into everything in daily-life.

 

There are different types of meditation disciplines (mindfulness, TM, Vipassana-style…), and practices geared for focus, managing difficulty, engagement with people…Then there are different (often overlapping) techniques such as neurofeedback, Wim Hof, hypnotherapy, VR applications, coaching, breathing techniques, etc.
