I like doing this little meditation when walking to the station or shops. I give myself visual markers to transition each step.
- Tune in to sensations on the feet
- Open the chest and extend my inhale and exhale by a tiny bit
- Receive sound
- Tune in to peripheral vision
I take each instruction lightly, so my walk is a bit more fun, I become more present and the charge of my mental chatter softens.
