Diary #142 5 Min Walking Meditation

I like doing this little meditation when walking to the station or shops.  I give myself visual markers to transition each step.


  • Tune in to sensations on the feet
  • Open the chest and extend my inhale and exhale by a tiny bit
  • Receive sound
  • Tune in to peripheral vision

I take each instruction lightly, so my walk is a bit more fun, I become more present and the charge of my mental chatter softens.
