1# Activating the Senses
I eat a raisin* slowly and undisturbed. Experiencing the process in slow motion and consequently higher resolution reminds me that there is so much activity going on every moment that I am mostly unaware of.
Hmm, I wonder how cultivating greater awareness would improve my life...
* Mindfulness courses typically use a raisin because it has varied textures. However why not try at home with your favourite snack?
