4#  A multi-faceted Experience


If I look into the component parts of my current experience I come up with the world I see, the world I hear, my thoughts, feelings etc...  

 

Indeed my experience is multifaceted.  Being more conscious of this I may start to experiment with intentionally drawing my attention to particular elements.  For example I may tune into the feeling of love when I argue with my friend to make my point land better.  Or to help me push through a tiring run I may tune into thoughts of how great it will be once I finish.

 

I find it super interesting to tune into different facets of my experience and sometimes helpful too
