Diary #215 Depersonalising Emotions

In interactions requiring calm, like with my son for example, it is more effective to say 'I feel angry' instead of 'I am angry'...

 or even better, 'There is angriness inside me'.


I find that depersonalising emotions can help manage them more easily and communicate them without others taking it personally.
